The BRL Tackle 8″ Rotating Flashers are made using 8″ Pro-Troll ProChip blanks. The E-Chip coupled with the rotator fin creates an enticing action drawing attention to the trailing offering, whether it be a fly, baithead, or spoon. The Chrome Scrub color is made using a chrome blade.
